Exiting the reception, the first garden is defined by the white and yellow of simple‑bloom roses and lemons that, in springtime, mingle with the white petals of rockrose. Here, it’s natural to linger—alone or with friends—perhaps while waiting for an aperitif.
A little further down, the “blue garden” surrounds a large pergola, sheltered by the canopies of several mulberry trees. From here, you can continue along a lemon‑lined walkway, where white flowers and silvery foliage flourish, drawn by the sound of water from the grand basin teeming with water lilies, small fish, and many other aquatic plants. In this area, you may spot dragonflies and butterflies, attracted by the water and the numerous Buddleja bushes.
Continuing from the reception, you pass through large shrubs of Teucrium, ornamental grasses, dwarf palms, and a myriad of white and blue flowers, in a garden with a tropical flair that leads you to the restaurant in a riot of varied forms and fragrances.
