At Pane e Olio, we believe in the simplicitiy of good cooking and draw inspiration from our surroundings: the sea, the earth and the produce that each season has to offer.

Many of the vegetables and herbs we use come straight from our own kitchen garden. We watch them grow day by day; we know the soil from which they spring, the sun that ripens them and the perfect moment to harvest them.

In the kitchen, our chef transforms them into authentic, well-balanced and flavourful dishes, bringing out their natural qualities without unnecessary processing.
